When I click on the drop-down next to the address, I see two of every option: Google Directions, Locate in Google Earth, etc. HOW do I remove the duplicates??

This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />I had a problem with an "Undocumented Feature" using this software, however, working with the author I was able to figure out what it was. THE PROBLEM: Whenever I tried getting directions with this software, Google would not recognize my address as legitimate and ask: "Did you mean ... St.?" THE SOLUTION: I noticed that in my personal address book card, I had the country for my address as "United States", rather than "USA." Once I made the change it was able to give directions from my house. ISSUE WITH GOOGLE's DIRECTIONS: My only complaint now is that the directions it gave (to an address in another state) were awful, in that they would take me a way that would use more gas and ensure more traffic delays than I would EVER want to deal with. That, of course, is probably not the fault of the plug-ins so much as it is Goggle's Mapping algorithms. SUMMARY: The software works well, but be careful of how you enter the country name in the address card of Address Book. And you may want to compare the directions with a web site like, www.randmcnally.com to give yourself the option of more than one set of directions to and from your destination. RECOMMENDED IMPROVEMENT: I would like it if you could choose between the "Shortest" and the "Quickest" routes to and from your destination.
