  Got To Pay For Everything... Nothing Is Free Except 1 Hole Even on the driving range you get 5 free balls then have to buy expensive tokens to play additional holes

  Everything seemed to download and install properly. But when running the game it froze completely the whole computer. Had to "crash close" the machine. <p>After that the computer refused to start, it showed the "blue screen of death". Had to boot from WinXP CD and do a chkdsk which was able to repair the damage. <p> <p>This is a pity since it looks like a nice game.

  My PC; 2.5GIG CPU, 512MB RAM, Win XP SP2. <p>1- I downloaded from CNET.com. It took forever on broadband connection. I try to install, it runs a 16MB update and took forever. I click on desktop icon. A splash screen is shown, music plays, screen goes black. Screen stays black while music keeps playing. CTRL+ALT+DEL fails to show Task Manager. ESC fails to exit game. I unplug computer, plug back in, reboot. <p>2- I gave it a second chance. The same exact thing happens. <p>3- I go to goldenfairway.com and download it from there. I register it. I try to install it, it runs a 16MB update for software i just downloaded. As instructed by the website, i click on desktop icon. The result explained in '1-' happens again. I unplug computer and reboot. <p>4- I get on CNET.com and post this truthful and warning review about 'Golden Fairway'.
