We would like to indicate to the user, while browsing the reviews forum, that this forum is not moderated for inaccurate information or deliberate false information. Although our product, like any product, is not perfect for every user - and we certainly endeavor to improve faults that users find and report on (whether in public forums or privately to our support) - GoTrusted's VPN service is delivered as indicated in the description.
Reviews indicating that the company has no phone number (it does, it's on every bill), or no license (GoTrusted is a USA company and one of the oldest VPN services) are certainly not factual. These reviews are sometimes placed by competitors in order to reduce the star value on CNET.
The GoTrusted software contains no 'ad-ware' or other software - it's just VPN software. We charge a small fee to maintain a tier 1 level of Internet security service for our customers - this is our business model. We do not obtain revenue from user browsing habits or other methods that 'free' VPN services may use. We do ask for billing information (PayPal or credit card) for the free trial but the trial is completely free as indicated on our website. Because of this, our network is very high quality with real users and a fast/reliable service. The free trial is the same service as a paid user, and you can use it for up to 7 days, unlimited, with the same support, to see if you'd like to stay with GoTrusted. If you don't like the service for any reason, you can cancel the trial - no questions asked - although we always hope that you let us know how we can improve.
