From Interplay :Giants is a revolutionary new style of action game combining RTS elements such as base building and resource management, in a simple and easy-to-understand way that has never been seen before (see screenshots). The game requires strategic thinking to discern and exploit the enemies' weaknesses, and to manipulate your opponents against one another for control. Once these things have been accomplished, raging battles ensue.
The main focus of Giants is the frenzied action you will experience while playing as one of three unique races: the Sea Reapers, the Meccaryns, or the mighty Kabuto, but the addition of indigenous creatures, called the "Smarties," adds to the fun. If cared for properly, the Smarties will build a base for you, offering new weapons, spells, traps, or vehicles, depending on specific player needs. The bases will be different, depending on which species you are playing, with the exception of Kabuto, since he is his own base.
This demo allows you to check out the spell-casting and sword-slashing actions of Delphi the Sea Reaper in the first part of the Reaper's story.

"This game was good, BUT IT STALLS!!!"
Summary: Alright, right when I start kicking a** the game freezes and with it so does my computer. I have to hard boot it to get my computer workin again. My setup is AMD 1GHz 256MB ram Geforce 2 MX 32MB vid card and 20GB HD so whats wrong with my setup tha... read more >>

Summary: I got a big gay "wintery blue error screen" and I can't skip through it. Even in safe mode it only gets to the first screen after loading before screwing up. Giants would be a good game if it worked!

Summary: this is a good demo.The grafixz are beautiful. Very fun and enjoyable. One question is way did i get smooth framerate with a Voodoo 3 in this game, but not in the Mecc demo of Giants. The bow is somewhat hard to aim, but anyways worth the download.

"the game was too ancient. it stinks"
Summary: it stimks in a way that is hard for me to explain. the controls were way to hard to figure out, and because of that, i have to get a new keyboard cause i spilt my beer on it just cause of that.
