Very fast in sending the tickets.
Very fast in taking your money.
Very fast in answering the phone for your credit card security number
BUT not for any other calls.... the phone breaks off or rings busy with no one picking up.
HORRIBLE COMPANY .... NO RESPONSE... NO REFUND YET! NO CONFIRMATION THAT MY FLIGHT IS NOW CANCELLED AFTER MY REQUEST 18 DAYS AGO....!
When there is a problem good luck.
They only pick up the phone to accept payments it seems. No one answers the phone when you call otherwise it seems.
This company wants your money but cannot seem to refund a person when a cancellation takes place, even with insurance that cost 40 Euros.
I am pursuing this through my credit card company and another friend is also trying to contact them by phone.
I stand to lose 601 Euros if they fail to reimburse me. WHO CAN AFFORD TO LOSE THAT KIND OF MONEY?
Seems to be a semi-scam operation... you can get a ticket but not a refund in emergency circumstances.... in other words an unethical company that will rip you off.
MIDDLE OF A NIGHTMARE! Booking a flight from Delhi to Paris round trip went well. And when I added insurance a few days later, I was sent a phone number which was answered promptly to get my credit card security number to complete that transaction. HOWEVER!! I had to cancel my flight since the friend I was to stay with in Paris's mother became gravely ill and it was no longer convenient for him to welcome me for the two month stay that had been planned. I sent an onsite email requesting to cancel and receive a refund of the maximum possible because of this horrible situation since I could not afford hotels in Paris for that amount of time. I was told I would receive a response in 72 hours... no response... another email...another assurance that people were taking care of it... 16 days later sent 3rd email...and still have not received a reply from them... this time not even their boilerplate assurance that someone is on the case. So maybe now my case has been relegated to the trash bin ...la poubelle! I tried to call the number several times but it seems they only pick up to accept credit card information. The phone rings busy or no one picks up at all... Cannot get through. Another friend in France is also trying to reach them on my behalf. I will have to send a registered letter threatening them next. I am also requested my credit card company to go after my money since this company seems to be totally unethical in resolving requests for cancellations of flights or refunds. I am totally disgusted at this point, angry, frustrated and feel that they have defrauded me of my money.
HORRIBLE! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.... BETTER TO USE A TRAVEL AGENCY THAN TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN. I will report back later on how this all ends. Meanwhile I RECOMMEND PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
