From Global Conference Partners Teleconferencing Services :Conference Manager is a convenient Outlook add-in that incorporates FreeConference into the Outlook tools you already use. Setting up and managing your conference calls is now just as easy as setting up any meeting in Outlook -- you use the same drop down menus and calendar management tools, and access your existing Outlook contacts. Set up conference calls at your convenience and invite up to 150 participants for as long as 6 hours. You can easily create recurring conferences too. Your dedicated, on-demand dial-in number and secure access code are assigned permanently and are yours to use immediately after installation of the add-in. The standard conferencing service is offered at no charge other than the normal long distance toll fees paid by each caller. If you already have an account with FreeConference, your existing On Demand dial-in number and access codes will be downloaded into Outlook
