I tried a few different converters. This converter produced the best quality audio without having to pay $30 or having to shut off the fire wall. It converted multiple video types, not just wmv or mp4.
Cons
I had to download the video first then convert it. There was no option to convert then delete the source video. Not major cons but it would have been the icing to the cake.

he program basicly does what it promises. Success rate and quality is better than most of its rivals. Also free.

Setting the options is very easy for the first time users but i think pros may need some manual numeric adjustment.

Tries to install an adware toolbar during installtion. If you don't pay attention and choose complete install then you'll wind up with it. Output is not very high quality.
