FotoMaps is a photo gallery built with flash and XML that lets you put your photos on a map. Choose any map you like, then place each photo at the exact location where it was taken. Zoom in and out, drag the map around, and explore your photos. Displaying your photos on a map provides a fun and meaningful way to browse, and geographical context allows your photo album to tell a story. FotoMaps isn't just for photographers and portfolios. Businesses in tourism, real estate, and advertising use it to create unique location-specific showcases. How you use it is only limited by your creativity. Version 2.0 includes Redesigned interface with a sleeker look and quicker navigation, new features like a zoom slider, cache control, photo frames, and revamped config file with many new options.

"Your photos on a map! There's nothing else like this!"
Version: FotoMaps 1.1
Pros
The interface is very nice. You place your photos where you want them on the map and then by clicking and dragging you can move around the map and zoom in/out to see the photos. It is easy to setup. The users guide was step-by-step. I think this is a very unique way to make a photo gallery, and by far the best solution I've seen to put your photos on a map.
Cons
The trial version is quite limited in terms of customization. It gave me a good feeling for the product, but for most people the trial will not be suitable to actually publish a gallery with. The full version lets you customize it completely, including changing the map, colors, etc. For $29 I think it's well worth it.
