Self-hosted forms hopelessly broken and other problems.

The user interface and features are absolutely fantastic. Fairly easy to use.
Cons
The self-hosted feature (AKA "Save to HTML") does not work. The PHP Formoid generates for the save to HTML function appears to have a critical error in line 10 of form.php. No way around it. The so-called, "Unlimited Commercial License" they sell for $69 only works with one email. If you want your form to go to multiple emails for two different forms to go to two different employees, you'll need to buy a new license for each email!!! Support@formoid.com is infuriatingly useless. Over one week and six emails they haven't said the first thing that is even theoretically useful.

For each other email you want to get the form submissions, you have to pay another $69. Technical support is 100% useless. The self-hosted option is broken. Does not work.
