This highly addictive and accurate real estate game will simulate searching, buying, and repairing properties for big profits! The game starts as you set your income and life-long goals. Then the search is on to find you a house to live in and saving cash to purchase your first home. Actual banking and mortgage requirements apply so you will have to buy smart and apply real estate investing concepts as you play. You can buy single homes, duplexes, or even apartment buildings as you learn to build wealth using real estate. It allows you to buy them to use as rental property or flip them for a fast profit. The homes change in real time as you expand the home, repair roofs, raise foundations, and a number of other home improvements. Property values change; real estate markets rise and fall, and renters will come and go as they please making demands and trashing properties. Version 1.31 is Vista compatible.

Version: Flip That House 1.31
Pros: The demo was a lot of fun, could have easily become addicted
Cons: THE PRICE!!! For $40 dollars you should be able to make offers on the houses, not just accept the sale price.....you should be able to counter offers made on your property, you should be able to set rents, and find what other rents are in the area......THIS IS A $15 game at bet $20! I went to buy it, but I will wait till the price comes down. Game is WAY too basic for a $40 price tag.
