  Still unable to get thru 1/10 of my library before it lock out . I've reinsalled 4 times so far. Using version 4.8

  Pros

  Works well WHEN it works. It will only run for a few minutes before it crashes.

  Cons

  You have to watch it! can't walk away think it will run by its self. It continually crashes and has to be relaunched.

  Don't buy it. Too much trouble.

  None for MWA users! The one star is only techincal due to no option for ZERO stars.

  Cons

  Absolutely no support at all. The product will take in WMA and treat as if MP3. These are different formats entirely. WOuld be like opening a Word doc file in Excel. Then will embed Mp3 unique characters into your WMA, rendering it unreadable.

  N/A For Every One Song It Does Fix It Will Mess Up Two.

  It only intended to fixes MP3 Songs. It didn't skip my WMA songs, but instead rendered them unplayable.

  The Software Does NOT Work!!! Do Not Use FixTunes. This Software Will Mess Up Your Songs In A Big Way. All Of My MP3 Songs Are Now Mixed Up And Tag Wrong. All Of My WMA Songs Are Unplayable Now. All This Was Done With FixTunes. If Someone From The FixTunes Was Here Now I Would Kick There Ass. Its All About The Money. My guess is that it tried to use MP3 tagging on a WMA file song rendering the file unreadable. I have emailed FixTunes but they will not respond. I lost over 4,000 songs and the ones that do work are missed tagged now. All my tags were correct before I just wanted the album art. More then 7 years of work lost. The Software Does NOT Work!!!

  Terrible product! No technical support! Complete Scam! I have over 2000 songs in my itunes library. Now they are all messed up in wrong albums part of compilations mislabled. Don't make the same mistake i did!

  Summary

  Total Crap! Don?t Waste your money! It will mis label your songs put them in different albums. Complete Scam! There is no customer service or technical support. they take your money and give you a crap program. I can?t wait for karma to catch up with these losers!

  I told this software my music directory and it proceeded to shuffle things around, delete my album art, and cause me hours of work to fix the mess it created. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS JUNKI!!!!!!!!!!

  This software will NOT fix your tunes...it will destroy them.

  Pros

  There is nothing good to say about it. It cannot identify song titles and artists, so it is really worthless.

  Cons

  THis product is not free!!!!! They get you to pay after dong a few lookups. But not enough to realize that it does not recgonise most songs. It will often attempt to overwrite corect information. It simply does not do what it claims.

  Summary

  Do not buy this piece of garbage!!

  Cons

  My main objection is that they entered my computer and disabled the product I bought and paid for. They offer a free upgrade but the upgrade doesn't do what I want to do. They say everyone must upgrade whether they want to or not.
