Garbage. Encrypts few file types. Decrypts none.

Pros
It didn't catch my PC on fire. I guess that's good.

Encrypted about half the files I specified (I tried it twice). Seems to like Word Documents, but good luck with pdf's or anything else.
Summary
Stay away from this one. Stay far away. I installed this thinking it was an upgrade to the 2004 version (which works just fine, by the way). It's not. They are two completely seperate apps. I attempted to encrypt my files with 2007 and it got to about half of them. Then I went to decrypt them and the app locked up. I tried the standard steps (rebooting, reinstalling the app, etc.), but nothing worked. I couldn't decrypt these files (I even tried decrypting them with the 2004 version, but that wouldn't because they're two different apps.). I acutally had to do a system restore to get these files back. Just for the heck of it, I checked out their site (mysoco.com) for support. I'm pretty sure that site is shut down. I also sent an email to their support (support@mysoco.com) and it bounced back. Stay away from this app. It does more harm than good.

I can't decrypt anything. I checked the website FAQ and nothing there. The only option I came across was to send the file and password to their support team and let them look at it, well that's not gonna happen. Just go back to the 2004 version untill they work the bugs out. <p> <p>I know the AES is the best but there should be other choices just to have the option.

Why does it need Admin rights to install? Just Encrypt.
