"so easy, hassel-free, no software to download, do it online - GREAT!"
Pros: don't have to be a techy to use it. i created a favicon in about 5 seconds.
Cons: if you're using a mac, click on the download button, then right click on the image that appears after that, THEN you can 'save as' - instructions on their page is for pc.
