Version: Express Tax Refund 2008

"Painless for a first time filer."

Pros: Free customer support.

Cons: The IRS and their AGI requirements. Other than that, it was pretty painless.

Summary: This was my first time filing my taxes (college student). I always heard about how complicated it was. I decided to investigate and found this software. Express tax refund put my worries to ease. Their customer support answered the questions I had.

Version: Express Tax Refund 2008

"It logged me out and wouldn't let me back in"

Pros: Fast download.

Cons: I couldn't complete my tax return.

Summary: In the middle of my session, it logged me out and wouldn't let me back in. Completely useless.
