  Pros

  Paid version offers multiple business setup. Safe, just don't download full suite of other publishers software. Been using it for years and have over 6000 customers. Easy back up and email invoice to customers. Easy to use. Have version 3.70

  Cons

  Expensive, have to pay additional money for every update, (Very few changes with each) publisher DOES NOT listen, Customer service terrible, have to hit ctrl-F to search for customer by last name. (YOU CAN QUICK SEARCH FOR CUSTOMER FULL NAME THE SAME WAY HOWEVER.) No quick item search however.

  What a fantastic program. Before this I was generating my invoices on word and spending lots of time going through them to find aged invoices, paid invoices etc. Since moving to Express Invoicing, I can generate a customer record and invoice in a matter of a minute. You can add products or services to a database and just select it from a list. Really simple to use, professional software

  Pros

  Some of these reviews say it has ads and stuff, but I don't see that at all when I downloaded from their website directly. The software isn't extremely beautiful, but it work GREAT! I wouldn't waste my time with any other program.

  You can edit your saved or recorded invoices except for the invoice number.If you save it as a draft and then retreive it so u can email the same or altered invoice to someone you have previously invoiced,guess what,you still cannot change the invoice number.This means if I have 75 customers like I have ,and I invoice them regularly for the same service,I have to either send them a previous invoice with the previous invoice number with the date updated,remember,I cannot change the invoice number,or I have to make 75 new invoices which i have been doing every month because I dont want to send them previous invoices with the old invoice number.Really dissappointed with this rather stupid situation Support replied,sorry,you cannot edit ,change the invoice number,though you can edit everything else.

• It's better than okay software considering its free!

  Pros

  Very easy to setup and its incredibly obvious with the layouts and options hence it becomes very easy to use. Definitely *not* a malware! Taking backup is as easy as copy and paste(in a specific folder path). (Please note that I have used Express Accounting & not Express invoice, but its the same except Express Accounting covers invoice,inventory and accounting) Oh and also don't judge this program by it's size, it is fast and very reliable.

  Cons

  Making an invoice is not easy as it should be, like tab tab enter enter and done! It lacks auto completion of item name and I have to scroll the name in a very long list(even after selecting an alphabet). This is the biggest setback for me and MANY users but the company doesn't listen. Every time I have to set the margins or layout of item name and other columns to suit my needs which makes it cumbersome to use. This makes it hard to create invoice real time when there are a lot of customers waiting to be billed with long item list.

  Summary

  All in all a good product, I swear I am unable to find a better alternative to it, I have tried softwares like Quickbooks 2014,Tally,Busy etc. but none match its simple user interface and incredibly obvious layout and data management. All i want in this program is a much FASTER way to create invoices.

  Pros

  No, it is not malware, although it is a pain the way they install lots of other stuff like toolbars and programs. Besides what a lot of people say about this program, it is FREE, if you install the free version. If you install the professional version, yes it runs for a period of time, then locks you out. But never fear, save your data, uninstall the pro version, install the free version, and your data works. You just have to certify that less than 5 people use the program (every time you start the program). I have been using the program in my one man business since January 2010, and produced over 1500 invoices and keep records of over 750 customers. Never had a single issue with the program.

  Cons

  I would like to be able to have the customer name set up with both a corporate name and/or a first and last name for personal customers. At the moment, If I add a customer John Smith, he is under J for John, not S for Smith. Regardless of how many requests for change or recommendations for improvement, they all fall on deaf ears, nothing is ever replied to or acted on. I would certainly buy the program if they listened to their customers.

  Summary

  8 out of 10. Works wells, backups are easy. Data seems to be secure. I would like them to make a few changes to the layout, but they don't listen. I hate when they change the format and my tried and true set up needs to be adjusted again. But what can you expect for a free program.
