Convert Excel files from your broker to TXF files for importing into TurboTax and H&R Block At Home.
This handy little utility will convert your capital gains transactions from an Excel file (which most brokers offer for download) to a TXF file, which you can import directly TurboTax and H&R Block At Home. This utility works with data from most brokers such as Etrade, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, OptionsXpress, and many, many others. Visit the following link for a list of all supported brokers: http://www.investotek.com/brokers.htm The software includes options to match up individual buy and sell trades for brokers that don't provide a gain/loss download, options to consolidate trading activity for active traders to get under the import limits (both TurboTax and H&R Block limit the number of imported trades), and an option to add wash sale adjustments.
