Excel/Xls to Pdf Converter allows users to convert Excel spreadsheets to PDFs with a few simple clicks. The idea behind this program is good, but it's difficult to gauge the overall functionality thanks to several trial limitations.

Overall, the program is easy to use. Users have the option of converting single files or batch converting multiple files. The trial version does not allow batch conversion, and when we tried to convert a single Excel file, a window popped up to tell us that only part of the file was going to be converted, and that for full file conversion, the software must be upgraded and registered. When we viewed the PDF, the entire file appeared to be there, but there was a notice that read "unregistered version" embedded into the PDF. Unfortunately, that makes any PDFs created with this trial version pretty useless. On top of that, we can't tell you how the batch conversion works, because that feature is not available in the trial version.

Excel/Xls to Pdf Converter installs easily and does not create any unwanted desktop shortcuts. The program's Help feature does not provide the user with any information; it instructs the user to fill out a form listing your problem and to send it with the log file. The program also does not uninstall cleanly--it leaves a folder in your Program Files. The debris left behind by the program combined with its limited functionality make it difficult to recommend.
