Does The Job... With A Glitch

- The program is quite simple: load the file, set the cut-off time of the file (down to the 1/2 of a second), cut the file, select the name and location of the output file. Very simplistic and does the job.
- Cons
- Randomly adds/subtracts 1 second for every 10 seconds of clipped mp3 file (i.e. a 1:00 clipped file might end up either 1:10 or 0:50). Only rarely will the output file actually match the time you selected.
- Summary
- This program is as easy as it claims and duplicates the file quality. However, be willing to make multiple copies to get the output file the length you want.
