As you probably know, Photoshop Elements has not inherited all of the essential features of the full Photoshop. Some functions have been removed, while the others just stay hidden. The surface functions are quite sufficient for a beginner. As you advance, though, you may miss one or another undocumented feature.
Elements+ is a handy patch revealing the hidden functions in your Photoshop Elements. The bundle includes 152 actions sorted to 11 categories: Color and Tone, Selections, Layers, Masks, Smart Objects, Smart Filters, Paths, Text, Languages, Interface, Utilities. To apply a revealed command, you choose appropriate tab in your Effects palette and double-click action pictogram. Detailed info on each action available in Elements+ Help file.

"Cannot Get Product to Work At All - Total Waste of $12"

Nothing, nothing at all

It doesn't work and causes my PSE to crash.
Summary
Simply put, product doesn't work. It the most unstable product I've purchased since the early days of Personal Computers. After the installation, anytime I went to the product in PSE Effects, it cause PSE to crash, be it 8 bit or grayscale images. Simply put, buyer beware!

Good indexing...maybe. Never got it working well enough to tell

Looks great but after about 3 keystrokes hangs and in Vista woiuld recover but in Windows 7 is dead.

Cannot use it. Waste of money.

Feature rich, good training videos available online.
Cons
Won't work with Vista 64, no support from Adobe despite abundant reports online of problems with Vista 64 (try Googling "pse 7 and 64 bit Vista).

Where is Adobe's presence in all the online discussions about problems, freezing systems, incompatibilities, inability to install, etc?

if it happens to work for you - it's ok
Cons
Installed it on PC running 64bit Windows 7. Caused Photoshop Elements 7 to stop working. Uninstalled it. PSE7 will now run but features are gone and crashes. No one will answer questions. No one will process Paypal refund. Initiating a Paypal case.
Summary
Be damn sure it will weork for you - download the TRIAL first. And don't expect customer service should you need it.
