It got a watermarker.
Cons
Simply a very simple repackage of FFMPEG. It looks like you work directly with the C compiler. Also, the watermarker is limited to one word without space (bug!) and no image, the audio / video quality is limited and you almost sure to lose lots of quality while working on your file. If it was not about this watermarker, I would simply pass to the next application.
