Sorely lacking in features, Easy PDF to Text Converter is disappointing even by freeware standards. The problems start with its interface, which requires you to click a button named Open to browse to the file you want to convert. From there, you can select more than one input file at a time, but all must be in the same folder. Also, you have to select the input files and destinations at one go. If you cancel in the middle, you have to start over. Conversion itself is fast, though many users will dislike how the program creates a separate text file for each page of the PDF rather than uniting all in a single file. Since the converter can't handle protected PDFs, many will find it just as easy to copy and paste text from Acrobat Explorer. The only real advantage of Easy PDF to Text Converter main is batch processing, limited though that feature is.Publisher's description

Version: Easy PDF to Text Converter 2.0
Cons: Why oh why didn't I listen to Charles (the previous reviewer)..? What he stated is exactly true. In fact, it wouldn't even convert mine to text - I just ended up with a bunch of empty text files stating that the material was copyright protected and couldn't be copied! As much as I hate to, I'm just going to download Adobe Acrobat - to avoid hassles like this.

Version: Easy PDF to Text Converter 2.0
Pros: There was a problem at 2 PDF files. When we try to copy text from them, it was copying ridiculous characters. With this program we could get the texts. It's better than nothing :)
Cons: It converts only to text, it doesnt keep formatting. It creates one text file for each page. You dont need this program unless you have a broken PDF.

"Please DO NOT download this software."
Pros: NONE !!
Cons: I downloaded this to convert my pdf. file to text and it created 200 icons on my descktop. Each icon had few lines from the pdf file. Please avoid this software. Highly NOT recommended.

Pros: It,s free.
The download is Quick
The text comes out well.
Cons: It cannot convert pictures
It looses all formating
It looses tables
You can just copy the text!
