It only downloads HALF of the song. It says the trial version will allow 5 downloads, but what it doesn't mention is that it's not the full songs.

When it worked I liked the fact that I could listen to the complete file before downloading and it had an easy to use interface.
Cons
It stopped working after 10 songs and hasn't worked since. Even after uninstall and reinstall - nothing. I've contacted Customer Support to no avail - they won't respond.
