One of the better e-mail notifiers, DynAdvance simply tracks several e-mail accounts to alert users when they have new or unread e-mails. Its functional tabbed interface makes it easy to add e-mail accounts and to configure program settings. You can set the application to check most password-protected e-mail accounts, including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, IMAP, and POP3. The Add Account wizard makes it a snap to input the most important e-mail account settings such as mail server, login name, and password. DynAdvance negates the need to keep your e-mail client continually open, as it effectively notifies you when have new or unread messages. You can set the program to check your account at regular intervals as frequently as one minute. Notifications consist of a pop-up window in your system tray and a user-selected sound. When you get a new message, you merely click the link and DynAdvance automatically logs you in to your Web account or opens your e-mail reader. This 20-day trial program is easy to use and works well, so we have no problem recommending it to anyone with multiple e-mail accounts.
