shows icon when you have new mail
doesn't refresh itself...so if you go to your inbox and don't read all of the new mail it still shows new mail. Also, the sound notifier stopped working after a week or so?!
Not for me.
None - it did not work.
will not access my pop3 account, and it asks you to buy a license.
IT IS NOT FREE!
This program is a sham. It uses Outlook to read emails, so what's the point?
Unable to say
Put in my Yahoo info and it said there was no Internet connection??? I have broadband so it was a little alarming. I uninstalled and changed my Yahoo password.
Automatically checks email.
Works with many email systems.
Does not work with Yahoo. Even though it has an built-in Yahoo option. It says no new messages regardless of how many messages await.
I have found a few pop mail accounts it will not work on.
It does work for many pop emails. But not all.
Simple yet effective
What is not to like?
Love the idea I can access yahoo & gmail all in one place.
Initially confused as to why it couldn't pick up gmail but it was really simple000I just didn't see what I needed to do at first---make sure you type everything correctly & highlight & then hit edit to make changes
would recommend it to anyone who has multiple email accounts
hotmail set up easily
could not set up aol or ymail
ePrompter does the same and is FREE!

I have used both ePrompter and DynAdvance and they are NOT the same. Unlike ePrompter, DynAdvance takes you to the individual email server. I find that very helpful.
Easy to use for checking all email accounts.Very convenient and highly recommend.
I must have tried at least 7 or 8 different programs trying to find one that would do what DynAdvance does. It was easy as pie to set up, unlike many other mail notifiers, and you can even use your own .wav file as the sound it makes when you get new mail. I had it working just fine for my POP account and three IMAPs (AOL). To me it will be well worth the $10.00!
This really is not a con I guess, but I downloaded it from the company's website, so I'm assuming I got the latest version, not a beta. (Version 1.1.205)
