This program is a suite of Windows system maintenance tools to clean and optimize your computer, but we're not impressed with the way it handles the task. Dr. System integrates your Windows system tools, including the temp files cleaner, ScanDisk, and Defragmenter, into a plain, outdated interface. It frees up disk space by quickly scanning your PC for temporary files and throws them in the Recycle Bin, though we would prefer permanent deletion instead. The scheduler is easy to set up, and rightfully so since it allows you to automate cleanings only at start-up. Its defragmentation process tells how much free space was recovered, but gives no indicators of its progress along the way. You won't be able to specify items or cleaning locations with Dr. System. Since it relies heavily on Windows' Defragmenter and ScanDisk tools, we don't see much value in this application. Easy to use, this freeware program doesn't compare to the extensive measures taken by other optimizer tools.

  Pros: this program def help you optimize your pc.. could use more options though.. such as a real scheduler, and ability to delete web files as well..

  "great idea"

  Pros: i like that i could shedule all things and leave my pc - and in the morning its all done - and running smoothly

  Cons: 1. when you check all major groups - it will schedule scandisk again and again - strange that author hasn't fixed this - or noticed it

  i have tried this program on two pc's and both of them have scanned hard disk for 24 hours - till i manualy cancel scanning

  2. there are better junk file removals out there

  Pros: shows a nice a pie chart of your available space versus your used space...

  Cons: lots of errors in the program

  annoying sounds

  stupid graphics make it look a bit childish i thought...
