• ok but lacks any control parameters or help file

  it does list your directories and files it is easy to use

  Cons

  you have no control over what the list contains, you have no control over what character it uses to separate the output fields you have no control over where it puts the output file no help file no parameters

  Summary

  it you just want a list of filename; file date; file size this is fine, but it places the output in a file in the directory you are listing and uses semicolons to separate the 3 fields, if your filenames contain semicolons sometimes then you cannot import the file into Excel or Access reliably. You cannot omit any of the output fields

  Pros

  I have used this program for several years to manage my audio files. It is a simple directory listing. I import the txt file to EXCEL and have a complete listing of my library. It works every time and I have a large library.

  Cons

  Basic program. No bells and whistles.

  Summary

  I could not keep track of my library without this program.

  Pros

  Just does the job - no frills, but also no fuss and that's what it s all about. Easy to extract data in any way you want it. Functional.

  Did all I expected, so no cons really.

  No need for lengthy descriptions - this little utility simply works as advertised.

  Not FREE afterall, just a few uses

  Summary

  It works, if you want to pay. But this is such a limited program it should be free. Choose another program that is actually free, then you won't have to uninstall this program after the trial period.

  Did exactly what I needed. Let's you paste into Microsoft Excel which then lets you do much more powerful stuff.

  It did a great job reading a folder and all it's subfolders. Just a simple easy to use program that did what I needed it to do.

  Cons

  Would like to have been able to have edited what fields it printed out. It printed all aspects of the folder i.e. size, type etc. when all I wanted was just the name of song and artist.

  Pros

  quick and easy to find my folders; fast and I love the clipboard feature so I don't have to go find the file to read and edit . . . thank you!

  Cons

  no way to knock out the extra information, like size and file type . . . I was looking that would give me a straight, pur list of folder names with no other information I would need to edit . . . but this is a great little program!
