From Simon & Schuster Interactive:
The Fallen utilizes a revolutionary multiple-character system that gives you three unique and compelling single-player experiences, as either Captain Sisko, Major Kira, or Lt. Commander Worf.
Energized by an enhanced version of the revolutionary Unreal Tournament engine, The Fallen places the player at the heart of an exhilarating 3D adventure. A sophisticated camera system takes third-person perspective gaming to a higher plane, whether in close quarters or wide-open expanses. A custom-designed inverse kinematics and bones animation system provides fluid character movements and ambulatory dexterity, while a revolutionary facial animation system enables real-time lip-synching and heightened dramatic interaction between characters.

"Great Game!!"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
I don't get hooked on games very often. I downloaded the demo, and I played it over and over before I finally shelled out the bucks for this game...and I rarely pay full price for any game. But, it's worth it. The only thing I wish it had was an easy version.

"An average game."
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
It's an average game with good graphics but poor sound. And it's more unstable than most games. It has a lot of features. Lets put it this way. The first time you play it is always the best. After that it gets boring.

"A joy to play....and play again and again"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
Since the release of the full version I've played this game through as all three characters. As far as I'm concerned, I'm it's #1 Fan. I LOVE this game. The richness of the environment, the way the plot is entertwined with the three characters, the ability to move just about anywhere and anyway a character wishes, and so much more! The Collective has done a work that they can be very proud of in DS9-The Fallen. I've played it, and played it again and again.

"Absolute garbage"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
Not only is it not worth the download, but as a Trekker I find the fact that this game is based on Star Trek offensive. This is by far the most pathetic attempt at a Star Trek game yet. The worlds are pathetic, the story lackluster at best, and the combat and movement options horrible. Simon and Schuster took a complete nose dive with The Fallen. Whoever designed this game should be fired.

"Graphics/Sounds are great!"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
Don't play games much, but being a Star Trek fan, I purchased the full version from Costco and I am impressed! Star Trek fans would love this game. Being able to walk around the Deep Space Nine station was pretty cool. Best yet was to walk thru a downed Federation ship. Didn't play the demo, but there is a save feature and the graphics/sounds were pretty nice. Best yet, if you die, you just start over at that level. You can skip movie portion of the game by hitting ESC. Didn't even crash once on my Compaq 750 Athlon. Kinda wished that there would be secret/hidden doors/traps, but then again, it wouldn't be Star Trek, right? The Demo may have sucked big time, but the full version was way cool.

"wait until they fix it"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
the graphics and sound are choppy without the patch. you can get the patch at fileplanet.com, i couldn't find it on cnet. there is no save feature, if you die you have to start all over. this sucks because you have to go through the same movie over and over again. there's no multiplayer, you can only be sisco. the graphics, once you get the patch, are like rune. with wierd looking plants and stuff. bottom line: not worth the download even if you have dsl or cable.

"Good Game"
Version: Deep Space Nine: The Fallen updated demo
Summary
This is a Good Game, not perfect, but a good game. It gives the feel of Star Trek, not just the skins. I DLed this and Elite Force and I liked this a lot better. It simply felt like Star Trek.
