Publisher's Description
From Ivan Komlev:
Insert disk into Disk Drive, run Dead Disk Doctor application, select files to copy, then select destination folder.
Routine reads file by 4-16kb blocks and when hardware involves errors, the size of block decrease two times and so on until the moment when block of data will be read without any errors, or it reach minimum read size block, depending on file system, then program skips one block and starts to read second one. After successfully reading data, block size increase two times again and again to reach maximum size.

"This is not free"
Version: Dead Disk Doctor 1.26
Pros
Don't know...
Cons
This is not a free program.
Cannot read audio CD's.Summary
This is actually an evaluation version of "Dead Disk Doctor Plus 1.26" which costs $19.95. There are free tools that can do the same (eg "CD Recovery Toolbox Free" from oemailrecovery.com).
If you need recovery of damaged audio CD's, try dBpoweramp CD ripper instead.
