Dark Files can work with Network folders and fully supports protection of removable media (such as floppies, CD Roms, DVD, ZIP and some SCSI and RAID drives).

"Not what I was looking For!"
Version: Dark Files 3.2.1.1
Pros
I spent 5 minutes at it, but I have been installing software for over 5 years. It should be intuitive just the folder password part - its not.
Cons
This is not a replacement for Windows 98 network folder password features in an XP environment. I can't find an application that sims this in XP.
