Publisher's description
From Atanas Neshkov:DJ Java Decompiler is Windows decompiler and disassembler for Java that reconstructs the original source code from the compiled binary CLASS files (for example Java applets). DJ Java Decompiler is able to decompile complex Java applets and binaries, producing accurate source code. DJ Java Decompiler is a stand-alone Windows application; it doesn't require having Java installed. DJ Java Decompiler is not just Java decompiler and disassembler but it is also a fully featured Java editor using the graphic user interface with syntax-coloring. Version 3.11.11.95 adds annotation support, new search tool "Search for files inside compressed archives" (JAR, ZIP, WAR, EAR, APK), Imports Viewer and Methods Viewer with sorting capabilities.
What's new in this version:
Annotation support, new search tool "Search for files inside compressed archives" (JAR, ZIP, WAR, EAR, APK), new tools: "Imports Viewer" and "Methods Viewer" with sorting capabilities, calculate DEX file signature and checksum, "Tree View" button in "Archiver", decompile "Whole class tree" option.More popular Java Software downloads

"DJ is the best java decompiler that I've come across."
Pros: DJ Java Decompiler offers what it advertises.
Cons: I haven't experienced any glitches with DJ Java Decompiler.
Summary: DJ is the best java decompiler that I've come across. It works much better than any other decompiler. DJ is easy to use, simple, fast and great.
The generated source is functionally equivalent to the original in most cases. I am using it daily for debugging. It can't be replaced by any other decompiler at present.
Great new features - annotation support, search tool, "Imports Viewer" and "Methods Viewer" with sorting capabilities. Excellent and effective! -

"Install / activation bugs in 64 bit vista"
Pros: N/A unable to run.
Cons: Unable to run trial program. Tries to force paid registration instead? Get error saying "do not have admin permissions to install necessary files." This is NONSENSE! I AM THE SYSTEM ADMIN! Sys. specs: vista premium x64, dual 3GHZ cpu, 4GB Ram....?

"You can try it"
Pros: Of course, you can get it to run... everybody can
Cons: It's full featured free to try
Summary: AlG_1722,
DJ Java Decompiler is 10 use trial.
Rregarding the proxy settings:
These fields was designed to accept IP addresses (numerical values - for example 192.168.0.11).
If you do not have the numerical address, you can use the command line to ping the name, and the numerical IP should be returned.
For example : ping yourproxy.com will return the IP.
Best regards,
Atanas Neshkov -

"CNET Needs to pull this software. It is NOT FREE TO TRY"
Pros: None. Never got to use it.
Cons: Installed on Windows 7 and it requires a registration code to run. Useless.
Summary: CNET is not reviewing their software or they would know this isn't "free to try".
