Publisher's Description
From Reinhard Epp Software:
CyberMotion 3D-Designer is an integrated 3D-graphics program for modeling, animating and rendering photorealistic 3D-scenes, terrains and characters. It features a vast number of 3D modeling tools, a landscape designer including complex atmospheres, 3D-fonts, subdivision surfaces and boolean operations, hierarchical animation, inverse kinematics, skeletal deformation (skin and bones), global illumination rendering via photon mapping, ambient occlusion and HDRI-Rendering, and a host of special effects, such as caustics, volumetric fire, motion blur, depth-sharpeness, animated atmospheres, starfields, particle systems.
What's new in this version: Version 14.0.1.2 now supports the SSE2 arithmetic processing unit speeding up the rendering considerably.

"The ideal place to get into 3d modeling and animation."
Version: CyberMotion 3D-Designer 14.0.1.2
Pros
A stable program that installs and runs without crashes or problems - plenty of other 3d programs can't claim that. This version has speeded up rendering quite a lot on my pc. Lots of clever tools and effects to play with.
Cons
Cybermotions modeling tools are not the best, it has to be said. The fact that the program has landscapes, particles, animation and a top notch renderer makes up for this. See site gallery for some examples of what can be achieved.
Summary
No 3d program can be learned in 10 minutes, the trick is to find a program that suits you and that will give you good results in a reasonable time. Cybermotion is aimed at beginners but has everything the more experienced user needs - all in one package. There are a lot of other 3d programs, plenty of them offer a lot of power but are given away for free! If you are going to spend some time creating 3d scenes and animations it is worth spending a little money to get the ideal program for you.
