"Too simplistic"

Pros: none that I could see.

Cons: not enough features to clearly track maintenance of assets.

Version: Customer Service Manager 4.1.0

"This program is awesome. By far the best for the money."

Pros: We like everything about this program.

Cons: We can't find anything we don't like about the program, we have also purchased AirDoctor's Refrigerant Manager program and it works perfectly with Customer Service Manager.

Summary: We have a small Heating & Air Conditioning company and this software does exacly what we need it to do. We recommend this software to any HVAC company that needs a cost effective record management system.
