  There are no know benefits to this program which is still sold, but no longer supported.

  Cons

  1. Not supported for new users. 2. Unstable. 2. Even though purchased less than a year ago, the company will not provide any support for current users.

  Summary

  The best substitute I have been able to locate for the volume we require is onlinefaxes.

• Microsoft Fax and Scan is Better and is Free

  Pros

  I downloaded it. I buy software I like. I do not try to use it free. I was unable to try it out, even though I have a modem and phone line it wanted me to BUY INTERNET FAX NUMBER in order to try it out. That is scam-like IMO. I reviewed the features and think it is confusing and stupid as compared to Microsoft Fax and Scan. I cannot remember being so disappointed with a download.

  Cons

  It goes downhill. The Cons? I am really careful pushing the OK button to continue download so I don't get stuck wi6th toolbars, etc. This time....maybe I farted or something but it just went from Step 2 through the end and installed all sorts of hard-to-remove toolbars.

  Summary

  It sucks beyond comprehension...the entire dirty experience. Anyone who likes this crappy product is either a fax4office troll or is just really stupid. Maybe it does work but with that scam involving internet fax number....run and hide. Do NOT download this P.O.S.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jan 18, 2013<p/>Right now on another computer I am doing a system restore in safe mode, attempting to rid myself of 4 different grey-ware products that installed. I tried restarting windows normally and it kept wanting me to allow the program to access my hard drive....clicking 'cancel' did not work. This product is a form of malware as far as I am concerned. Avoid it.

• Great online fax machine!

  Pros

  I purchased this software when i was working on a project in our student association and we needed to send out some faxes. Of course we had no fax machine so we had to look for something. This is a great cheap solution to the problem! and it works very well. I've been using it quite a lot for already 6 months now! Great product!

  Pros

  Although I used to rarely send documents by fax, now I think i will do this more often! It's quite fun actually, just add the file, type the number and send! no need for fax machines or phone lines, if you need a fax solution and you are online then this is a very nice way to do it!

  Cons

  nice faxing software, you have to pay for it though... but it's probably worth the money if you have to send documents by fax more often.

  Pros

  works great for me, does what it's supposed to and it's practical, easy to use and a great solution when you have a small office with no fax machine. i find it highly useful!

  you have to learn what the sending options refer to if you don't have any experience with this kind of applications like it was for me

  Pros

  I don't usually use faxes but i needed to send some files quickly by fax and since i don't have one i tried to find a different option online. so this program saved me! it works well and it's so easy to use! without it i would be in deep trouble but now i'm just glad i found it! it's a perfect solution to send faxes from your computer!

  I don't like working with or supporting deceptive practices. It isn't free to try. The only option is to buy their phone number. Other options are grayed out.

  Doesn't allow you the option of not using their "pay" for phone number. Even though (3) options are listed; use your own #, use your email address, or buy a number from us?
