"Worst support ever."
Version: CryptoLicensing For .Net 2011 R2 Build 612006
Pros
The functionality looks good but don't let that fool you. If all you want to do is send someone a license code and nothing else, it may work ok. But there's a lot cheaper (and probably better/easier) options on the market.
Cons
When I purchased this software I purchased the software support option thinking I would actually GET support. The documentation is VERY... and I mean VERY poor. The licensing service is extremely complex to set up with the limited documentation. The support is among the worst I've ever experienced (it gives new meaning to support in "india" where this software is being developed). The interface for creating licenses at first seemed to make sense then when you actually start using it, weird things start happening with no explanation. The support responses that I did get back from the author were one liners "I dont understand". I don't know how more descriptive I can be with code snippets and function responses. Other times the response I would get back would be to search the "help files" for a function. That help file did nothing to explain the process he was following. However, most of the time I didn't even get a response back.
Summary
I REALLY regret purchasing this software (~$1100 for everything)
DONT BUY THIS SOFTWARE! Or, buyer beware.

"Poor Support"
Version: CryptoLicensing For .Net 2011 Build 611502
Pros
Basic licensing works good.
Cons
Zero support. They help you until you purchase and then want more money for support. Staff is rude and not very knowledgeable.
Summary
Don't buy if you plan to use licensing service. It is difficult to setup, documentation is poor and you will get no support.
