Publisher's Description
From Xnet Communications:
CrowzNest automatically uploads files to remote folders on any device that you may connect to using FTP/SSL/SFTP/WebDav. Simply setup local folders as Hot Folders and link them to one or more remote destinations. CrowzNest will monitor the HotFolder for any files changes including new and edited files. Once CrowzNest detects a file change the file is automatically transferred to the remote folder using Captain FTP as the transfer engine. The CrowzNest icon can be seen in the System Status Bar and runs continuously, monitoring all Hot Folders for activity. Typically CrowzNest can be used to keep websites up to date automatically, to get graphic files to the Print vendor quickly or even to get stories and images to your editor if you are a photographer reporting on an event.

"perfect FTP solution with captainFTP"
Version: CrowzNest 2.1017
Pros
ease to use, very handy to transmit several pictures to multiple clients (pictures to media) also when out of office, good support!
Cons
on new upgrades sometimes bugs, but they react to requests
Summary
really good and ease to use application from xdsnet - they have done quite well job! so much FTP apps out there - and only some like captainFTP are compatible to different servers and protocols.
i am using captain FTP also with crowznest as FTP forward to send multiple pictures to several media clients when out of office (and meanwhile also when i am in office!)
i just have to upload my pictures over mobile connection once, then put them in some hot folder - and the files run over broadband simultaneous to all defined client FTP servers.
(email is no alternative because not running directly into archive)
and if problems occur - i really get feedback and solutions back! so i can just recommend their software.
also use isoftphone from xdsnet for VOIP
