Version: Courier Email 3.6
"Courier is one of the finest email programs I have used"
Pros: I like the fact that you can set up separate accounts, with separate .wav notifiers, and it IDs the accounts the email arrives under. It also has a very clean look on the interface. It is now totally free, and a great bargain! Works as well as any!
Cons: It is unfortunate that it no longer is being developed. There is a great group of folks on the Yahoo group who will help you if there is a problem. But many have migrated away from Courier because of the lack of support for Vista, Windows 7, IMAP
Summary: Overall, it is great program. It is the continuation of an earlier program (Calypso) and I am sorry that it won't be continued. It meets my need. Some like that you can turn off the HTML, and it has a good (but not great) address book. Well worth ... read more >>
