ContactGenie DataPort, is a contact import and export tool for Microsoft Outlook 2000/2010. It has full support for custom forms or fields in PST, Exchange Mailbox, or Exchange public folders. Choose to "Add all", "Add New Only" or "update" pre-existing contacts using one or more user-selected fields as update keys. Standardize primary field formats such as FileAs, EmailDisplayName and FullName. Dynamically create user-defined fields from input data file. Append or replace notes with or without time stamp. Append to or replace keyword field values. Multi-line street address and multi-part phone number support. It has the ability to create multiple templates to save import and export criteria for repeated use, command line support for unattended operation, and optionally ignore empty input data fields for updates.
What's new in this version: Version 3.5.5 corrected an error incurred importing CSV text files under certain conditions involving field qualifier characters and multi-line fields and bypassed invalid Global Distribution Entries in GAL instead of incurring hard failure issue.
