Busy people want function, not frills. This contact organizer delivers an intuitive but simple interface and lots of useful features. At launch Contact Organizer Deluxe opens a tutorial that answers most questions on how best to use the software. A number of templates help you sort information, and it's easy to convert data into easy-to-read tables or HTML pages. During testing we found it handy to color-code entries to aid organization. Most critical features are included as one-touch buttons on the program's main page, and as such are easy to access and use. Overall, though this program isn't exactly pretty, it is powerful and useful for people looking to keep track of business and personal contacts.

Contact Organizer Deluxe is contact-management software for Windows users. It lets you gather and organize information about all your business contacts, including main contact information, business or account information, related contacts, a history of all activities, and notes. Table Viewer allows you to view data in rows and columns; Browser Viewer allows you to view data in virtually any way; and Standard Record Viewers allows you to enter and modify contact data or quickly generate data-specific commands.
