VZOChat is a high-quality video chat and messaging utility that supports simultaneous sessions with up to 120 people. A small download, VZOChat installs easily. VZOChat uses a proprietary protocol for video that is claimed to be optimized for slower connection speeds, and there are several language packs available.
The VZOChat interface is clean and simple. There's a pane for all the video chats in progress (up to six displayed on the pane at the same time) and controls for audio and microphone volumes, as well as some extra icons to control other aspects such as text and inviting new contacts. You can record your video and audio chats through VZOChat. Mobile device apps allow you to chat with mobile users from your desktop.
The free version of VZOChat works fine, but to suppress ads and add file transfer capabilities (as well as other features) you can buy one of two upgrades, both on a per-month basis. In our testing VZOChat worked fine, and there are some nice features to the app that we came to depend on. Certainly for large numbers of people on a call, VZOChat is one of the better apps we've tested.

Easy-to-use, small software application for free video chat, communications and instant messaging via the Internet on any broadband or even dial-up connection. It works with most PCs and web cameras and does not require special skills to use. Its advanced network support allows connections when both users are behind a firewall and even works through HTTPS and SOCKS proxies. NAT hole punching (NHP) technique is implemented in program, allowing direct connections in many network configurations. The software provides good video quality with full-screen video support and a noise-reduction feature for noisy USB cameras. VZOchat includes a video recording feature, that allows to record video conversation if your party agrees. It contains a proprietary video codec that has been specially designed for online video communication at lower connection bandwidths from 30 to 512kbit/s. This version has multi-conferencing enabled, with group video conferences up to 120 participants. Program includes protection from unwanted calls and ban list management. This application features an address book with user presence status and detailed user information with a photo. The software supports downloadable language packs.

It is simple and straight forward. Wizard does all the setup and you just have to connect to someone else who has this program.
Cons
The program automatically reduced the mic volume, but they sent me a fix for that. I would like to automatically receive from ONLY people in my contact list.

Cannot understand why the microphone volume keeps reducing to a low level automatically. Some times it becomes very difficult for the other end to hear but I can do nothing about it.
