Pros
From the description it sounds like very useful S/W.
Cons
When starting the installation the user agreement appears, saying the S/W will monitor all websites you visit, and share that information with third parties INCLUDING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, FOR PURPOSES OF DIRECT ADVERTISING. This would be both an invasion of my privacy. Just as bad, if the advertising is going to be random popups appearing on my browser or something similar, it will be both an annoyance and very possibly render my browser unstable.
Summary
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE!!! While the S/W might be valuable its invasion of one's privacy and advertising policy render it unwise to use.
