Program various kinds of robots in an object-oriented language similar to Java and let them perform tasks like finding the way out of a labyrinth, car racing, or robot soccer (full version only). Several dozens of exercises provide a smooth pedagogical progression. CeeBot4 includes an integrated editor-compiler-debugger, which allows you to debug your programs in real-time, and a hyperlink help. All exercises contain explicit and illustrated instructions. Separate files describe all exercises, you can easily develop your own exercises to fit your teaching plan, or tests with new tasks for your students.

Summary: u can't start it up because windows can't find a short cut and when u start it from the folder u downloaded it in it askes u to reinstall it
