I've tried other similar utilities, this is by FAR the best. I've used this for over 5 years and it's been rock solid since day one. One of the most valuable utilities I've ever used.

I have SnagIt at work that is paid for by the company but I paid for my own license to use CaptureWizPro since it works A LOT BETTER. The 11 cents a day cost (on an annual basis) is a BARGAIN considering how often I use it and how much EASIER it makes my job. There is something so special about using finely crafted software! Splurge on yourself once in awhile and get something nice. I love it's intuitive design and smooth performance!

I installed this on a new computer but cannot get the sound to record. I tried all tips from online FAQ's with no luck. Via email, I was told they do not provide support fort his.
I have since deleted this program (which I bought) as it is useless to me. -

Nothing to speak of. I'm trying to think of something but I think the problem is an old mouse. Sometimes when I want to scroll down to colle to collect a few screens the mouse acts on its own.

Powerful, rich with features, well-thought through down to even the smallest details, simplistic, feels extremly easy and intuitive to use, very small installation size, just feels right.
Cons
A little pricy, if you are just looking for a screen image capturer. But if you were to use all of its functions, such as the video capturer, converter and audio capturer, the value outweighs the price by far.

This program has all the features you could possible need, yet it doesn't try to take up half of your HD or waste your time with annoying things that seem irrelevant. It's small and easy to use, yet it has all the features of a program 10 times it's size.
The program is extremely well refined, even down to the smallest details. Everything just feels right. They must have listened to a lot of feedback because they are doing things right that most other programs seem to fail at. -
