"Program has everything you need to lose weight"
Pros: Food Log has a good database can manually add your own food if not in the database. Exercise tracker has many different exercise to choose from. can also add your own exercise. Journal to track moods, calculates you bmr. Great for weight loss.
Cons: Once you complete food entry, its important to save the file. The program will suddenly pop up a message stating diets has stop working and you must close out if you have saved your file your ok but if not you lose everything and must start again
Summary: overall excellent program. I would actually pay for this program if they could fix the diets not working thing. The program calculates your bmr and give you estimated weight loss based on calories in and out. I recommend this.
