I love how everything related to a contact is immediately available if you click on a contact.
Now they have also added Microsoft SkyDrive and Dropbox support to access from my home or office
And the family license which allows you any number of copies in a family, is the cherry on the cakeCons

CRM Express is bogus product and have many issue/bugs, even more bugs then features. PGSoft the vendor of this product will support you only for time till the time for refund policy elapse and that is 60 days. never purchase this product.

After installing on win7, 1 error after another. I had to end the error flood by ctrl-alt-delete. The translation is also extremely poor. Waste of time.

Loks nice but that is it.

The program does not install properly, running Windows XP. The program is trying to open directories that does not exist. Error messages every time i am trying to change windows etc.
Summary
Downloaded version can hardly be tested on a computer with Windows XP since the bugs start when I open the program. I installed the program as administrator and try to use it as normal user and then the problems start. Error messages every time I try to change windows. I cannot see the text since text and background is black since the skins do not work properly.

Cons
Tried to contact the company 4x via their form and direct support email with pre-sales questions with no direct or automated response. Checked spam filters-nothing there. So we're wary about spending money on a product that will receive no support.
Summary
We're holding off on any purchases because of the apparent unresponsiveness of the company.
Update: Company contacted me and said they were busy working on a new version of the software and had to get caught up on emails. Thanks for the honest answer. After getting a few emails answering questions about the software, I'd like to up the rating to 4. Seems like a small company trying to make a good product. Found a few areas of the app where I thought: "wouldn't it be nice if I could...", and found a button for that. Still reviewing it, but it looks promising.
