• Not all of it works properly, after care is diabolical

  Cluttered and not all amended lists work properly. reports created as PDF have information missing on them and after care is diabolical to non existant

  Summary

  Tried this on the 30 day trial. Installed it 2 hours after download and on running it I was informed that I had 28 days left on the trial. 2 days lost for no apparent reason. Contacted support, and 2 weeks later, still no response from them. As a free product, I would put up with the quirks and poor service, but not if I am expected to pay for it.

  Pros

  The program has a lot of options. It can handle all your communications with your contacts and keep them together nicely. For example, if you click on the contact then you can see all emails, notes, tasks, invoices, calls etc for the specific contact. You can then take action on any of those. The user interface is fairly easy to navigate even though there are a large number of options. I did have a small problem in the address book but found out that there are even more options when right-clicking on a contact. More than one person can work on the database at the same time making it easy to use in a small office. Contacts are shared between users.

  Cons

  The program does get slow if you have more than 10 000 contacts

  First time I installed to uninstall had to go to support for help after 8 to 10 days the answered. There response was buy a third party program to uninstall... I had to do that, finally uninstalled completely. I decided I wanted to try it. It asked you to name a database .. well guess what then you have to File Explorer and manually create the folder, buecae it won't create it. Then it started in Spanish, I think because I chose Mexico instead of the US. I then opened it. it asks to create or link an email, which I tried but too many errors so I chose not to. Then more errors, I tried changing the language and more errors, then it restarts and again in Spanish... Anyway I thought why am I wasting my time after about easily 15 to 20 errors. this time I removed it using the Uninstall from WIndows and it seems it have worked ok, Don't waste your time with this crap... I tried standard and ultimate.... same crap! Thanks want to talk about this and what I did?

  Pros

  I love how everything related to a contact is immediately available if you click on a contact. Now they have also added Microsoft SkyDrive and Dropbox support to access from my home or office And the family license which allows you any number of copies in a family, is the cherry on the cake

  CRM Express is bogus product and have many issue/bugs, even more bugs then features. PGSoft the vendor of this product will support you only for time till the time for refund policy elapse and that is 60 days. never purchase this product.

  Mmmm. let me think about it for some weeks...

  Cons

  After installing on win7, 1 error after another. I had to end the error flood by ctrl-alt-delete. The translation is also extremely poor. Waste of time.
