Once installed, an alert box will appear on your PC whenever an important story breaks. The box will include a link to go directly to the CNN Web site.

Version: CNN Desktop Alerts 1
Cons: After downloading i saw the alert box in the bottom right of screen and then it shut down my laptop.
I havent been able to restart my laptop since.
VERY BAD DOWNLOAD!
KILLED MY LAPTOP!
BEWARE OF THIS FREEBIE!
THANKS ALOT CNN!

Pros: Easily installed on 2 desktops and one laptop. Easy to customize. Works well. Don't have to check my e-mail for alerts.
