"Hate it when they have special software to install."
Pros: Can not think of any, never was able to insall the software.
Cons: Couldn't install the software. Did not have the software to open the installation file. Most people don't want to go through the hassel of having to install a peice of software before they TEST OUT another piece of software. Obviously the developers are clueless!
