"Great speed pretty reliable speedbit killer"

Its fast even on 1080p content. Quick installation and no third party software trials or toolbars. Its totally free!!!!!
Cons
Once in a while it needs restarting after maybe 200 or more videos. Other than that nothing else.
Summary
Overall for the past year I have been very happy with it and have installed it on friends and neighbors computers with virtually no glitches. As for the other negative reviews you guys better check you security software because I am pretty sure it sucks(norton,mcafee,LOL avg). I have installed this software in at least 80 computers and all of them had either Avira,avast,kaspersky,bitdefender or vipre. And don't forget it's totally free!!!!! compared to speedbits free version which only works half the time(sometimes less than that} and if you want the other half to work guess what you have to pay(a $49 annual I repeat annual fee to start} I prefer free and reliable all year around dont you?

+Does everything that Speedbit Video accelerator does- downloads videos to local hard disk via multiple connections,as such, you can view them even when offline. Perfect for Youtube, me thinks!

-Slow to startup and shutdown application.
-Must start application BEFORE starting Firefox. not sure if you need to do so with IE/Chrome though...therefore a convenience issue there, as you have to remember this if you want your vids acceleratedSummary
One criticism i didn't manage to fit into the cons section, is that it doesn't support DivX Web Player video accelerating (version 2.7.1, that is). DivX requires a hefty broadband connecton, as even with DivX video encoding compresses larger, high quality video files, the videos are still "too" big, and can take a lot of time to stream without ByWifi.
All in all, bywifi is a no-nonsense video accelerating. Does the job efficiently with little fuss. I wholly and fully reccommend this to everyone with broadband internet! -
