Available only for Mac OS X, this application lets you burn a CD or DVD by dragging and dropping files or folders to the main window, you can use sessions so multiple burns can be done in the same disc (CD only). It also has the ability to erase a CD or DVD.

The hybrid burning of CDs and DVDs is great! The only problem is that every disc burned gets the volume name "My Disc". I typed a new name (and hit enter), but that doesn't change the volume name on the burned disc. -

I've burned a few full data DVD-Rs and this couldn't be easier. Stable, reliable burns -- and the contents are EXACTLY laid out as the original. I have yet to do any CD-Rs. I can imagine the experience will be the same. Herman, may I suggest for version 1.6 you consider an 'append' function for burning DVD-Rs? It would be helpful for 'session' burning. It has been mentioned here that there is no way to know how much you are adding to the content zone. A classic easy workaround is to fill a folder to near-max and just burn the folder at one go. I found the result to be extremely accurate. Excellent software, Herman! Beats everything else I've used/tried hands-down! (For the record, I'm using this on a G4 12" PowerBook / 1.5ghz / OS 10.4.0 / 512mb) -

I just burned my first multi session disk. This works just fine. And, much easier to the Apple app or Toast.
And, the great thing is that it copies your icons. So, you get fantastic graphics not generic file folders, so it's really easy to recognize them since they are identical to the icons on your harddrive. Never saw this before and it's great.
One suggestion that's pretty important: As you add files to the burn window, the program does NOT tell you how large they are so far, so you don't know if you have room for more files. I looked and could not find out to turn on this feature. So you have to add up your file sizes on paper. I presume, if you add too much, you will get an error, but that is not the best way.
