"Works just fine"
Version: Backup4all Portable 4.6 build 251
Pros
It's portable, meaning you can install it on your USB and will work perfectly
Cons
scheduler doesn't work (which makes sense because it's installed on a usb stick)
Summary
perfect if you need a portable backup program

"Big issue with folder names case"
Version: Backup4all Portable 4.4 build 207
Pros
good features, ease of use, performance
Cons
not reliable. Something you discover only when you have lost some files and try to use your backups, only to discover they don't work!
Summary
Warning : avoid. As of May 27, 2010, version 4.4 compile 207, backup4all cannot manage properly directories with same names but different case. For instance, it cannot distinguish properly between C:\Files\Documentation and C:\Files\documentation, and will name one for the other. When restoring files, this will cause all sort of issues with several sofwtare (escpecially for developers, using Eclipse for instance). Spent 2 weeks exchanging with support, just to be notified today that this behavior cannot be changed. Too bad, great features, good quality otherwise. Just can't do the basics of a backup software
