  This company is absolutely horrible. The programs never work the way they are suppose to and when you try and get a refund they refuse. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

  None. The application did not work as described

  The application was needed in order to convert a video into a format that I could edit it. I followed the instructions and was not able to get it to work. I attempted to get a refund from the vendor and they were not willing, citing a 'trial' version being available .

  Summary

  This application was not as described. When I attempted to get a refund, the vender cited a 'try before you buy' policy and refused to issue a refund. Please look for another vender and stay clear of this organization.

  Pros

  The HD Video converter for Mac is able to convert 4K footage from the latest cameras like the Panasonic GH4. You can convert this footage in Apple Pro Res and edit with ease. Customer service is also excellent for AIseesoft products. Highly recommended.

  Cons

  I have nothing bad to say about AIseesoft products, as they have all done exactly what was needed in my editing workflow.

  Pros

  This is a best video converter tool that has best quality and high converting speed. More importantly I can finally watch the converted MP4 videos on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and iPad Air. I can even edit my video with the trim funtion. Really a powerful app!

  The program was confusing and would not let me control the resolution output. All presets. It turned every file I ran thru it into a MASSIVE 10x larger file. It was just NOT what I needed at all. So, I instantly (within 20 minutes) asked for a refund. It took me 30 min. to find how to... and now comes the fun part. They want to play games with me... they are mocking me and ridiculing me and will NOT refund my money. What a lousy company! Screw these clowns!

  First of all, the customer service is really very good. The support team answer my question with great patience. And this product is a such powerful software. It assists me to convert my favourite films to 3D format with best quality. Thanks very much.

  Pros

  It helps me convert my favourite movie from AVI to 3D format for play on my LG 47LA6200 3D TV with fast speed and best quality. Well done! I like the preview and snapshot function better. I can take a snapshot and save pictures I love when preview the original video and output video effect.
