"Great piece of software"

Pros
Great program! Worked as promised. Downloaded and installed easily on W7x64. I converted one flv file to mp4. It went well and quite fast. The quality of the converted file was excellent.
Cons
Aiseesoft has so many slightly different versions of their software that it's hard to tell them apart.
Summary
Fast converting, easy to use and very good quality output video.

Pros
I got lots of video file from camera and the format was MXF. I wanted to edit them on video editor, but the they were not supported. So i had to converted the video files into .mov. The conversion was smooth and fast.
Cons
The effect option is a little bit simple, but i have professional video editor.

I searched video converter online and found this software ejoys high reputations so I tried to use it. Now I am so glad I did that, cause it perfectly solves my problem. I wanted to convert my AVI video to DVD, and put it on my iPhone 5. This software finishded the conversion at remarkable speed, and the quality is also satisfactory. Now I am enjoying my favorate homemade DVD on my iPhone. Oh, I have to say it is more amazing to wacth it on my iPad, another different big-screen experience.

Some of the software worked. I bought the BD Toolkit. Some features worked fine. There seems to be a bug in the BD Copy.
Cons
BD Copy has a bug and will not properly recognize the format of blank BDs. It proceeds to start burning, then fails, wrecking my blanks. Tech support responded at first, but when they could not fix my issue, all communication stopped. According to their refund policy, I am entitled to a refund, but as soon as I asked for one they have stopped responding to my emails.

I have never used Aiseesoft tools before, last time when I was looking for one converter which supports my Android phone, I found Aiseesoft total video converter on the cnet download site, according to the description, I download it and tried, it is much more userful than other video converters I have used, I easily converted my favourite movies to my phone, and the converting speed is quick.

The problem I have is I bought it for the Itunes TV Shows and Movies to PC conversion and this doesn't work at all and they know it! They state it does it on the website! I bought it! Then started trying to get things done and NOTHING HAPPENS! You get blank files out of the converter! The reason I say they know it is I messaged them about it and asked what I was doing wrong and they wrote back days later saying OH! We''ll let our technical team know it doesn't! See it only does standard files! ... So they told me only does standard files!! NOT Itunes like it said it does on the site! I have been asking for my refund on the product and I get no answers so it looks like I have been ripped off big time!

I am contacting VISA to dispute my purchase now! Under the false advertising basis! I tried to be nice and let them do it the easy way but it is now in their hands to have VISA dealing with them on ripping people off and they may have no support with Visa if enough people speak up about the product and support they get as well! Payments may never go through with them! This company is only making a fast buck and dying the way they are running it!

I downloaded the windows version by accident, instead of the mac version I immediately called customer service and submitted a request for a refund. Because it was a Sunday and I knew I'd had to wait, I just purchased the Mac version and went on my way. Of course I assumed a simple mistake like that would warrant a refund. To my dismay, they denied my refund and after multiple emails explaining the situation they still won't refund my money.
This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I've never actually written a review on a product but I'm so frustrated I wanted to warn consumers about this company. The product is not bad but buyer beware. -

It works well, and very fast.
Cons
It owns a lot of profiles that can be choosed. It is easier to use than some other video converters. I really hate that easily corrupted softwares especiously when you want to use it, i tried this, it not, this is the most important.
