Pros
Nothing, it did not convert my file. It was free so at least I am not out any money.
Cons
Everything, it did not work.
Summary
I needed to convert a PDF file (it was a 2D drawing) and it would not convert it to a DXF. It did make a DXF, but it did not have anything on any of the layers except some text that said what the program used in conversion was. Very happy that I did not buy it. I tried every setting I could find and nothing would make it actually convert my PDF.

It lost alignment, changed the font and omitted some of the file.
Summary
Not even worth the time to download the trial version. Maybe I overloaded it with a PDF that had seven lines of text plus simple art.
Maybe this works with very simple PDF files. -

Converted the pdf to dxf as advertised but produced mixed results. Works but not exactly a clean conversion.
Cons
Help menus lacking information on options. Produces several dxf files that need to be merged.
